Online Reservation Request for Self-guided Field Trips

Thank you for using the NHMU Online Reservation Request system for a Self-guided Field Trips.

Complete the form noting the date and time you prefer, and the required contact information.  You will receive an email acknowledgment of your request. 

For requests for the 2013-2014 school year, we will process your request within 2-5 business days. If your request can be accommodated, we will email you a confirmation letter with other pre-visit information.  If your request cannot be accommodated you will be placed on our waiting list.

Self-guided Field Trip Reservation Request Form

NHMU requires 1 adult chaperone per 8 students.

Preferred Visit Date

If you are interested in requesting space for your group to eat at the Museum, please be aware that we have limited space that can accommodate about 60 people at one time. In order to use this space, you must have advance lunchroom reservations. Please note that requesting the space does not guarantee you will have a reservation as the lunchroom is scheduled on a first come, first served basis. If we can accommodate your request, details will be included in your confirmation email. If we cannot accommodate your request you will need to make alternate arrangements, as there are no other designated spaces for school groups to eat.
