Camp Transfer and Cancellation Policy
If you need to transfer your child out of one camp session and into a different camp session, you may do so until one week before the original camp date by calling the Camp Coordinator at 801-585-3948. A $20 transfer fee will be charged to your credit card. Due to supply and staffing commitments, no transfers can be made -- and no refunds or credits will be given for cancellations made -- less than one week prior to the camp date.
If a class does not reach its minimum enrollment, you will be notified at least one week before the starting date and your tuition will be fully refunded. Allow up to three weeks for refund.
If you need to cancel your camp registration, call the Camp Coordinator at 801-585-3948. A refund, less a 20% cancellation fee, will be issued only if your cancellation request is made at least one week prior to the camp date. No refunds will be given after that time.
